Nexus provides AI-powered discovery and analysis tools for distressed real estate properties, including foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, tax liens, probate properties, and bank-owned listings. The Service aggregates data from public records and third-party providers.
3. Not Financial or Legal Advice
The information provided by Nexus, including AI-generated underwriting briefs, deal structuring analyses, investment scores, and property valuations, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any real estate investment decisions.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data Accuracy
Property data is sourced from third-party providers including ATTOM Data, public records, and MLS systems. Nexus makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always verify information independently.
7. AI-Generated Content
Underwriting briefs, deal strategies, and investment scores are generated by AI models. These outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. They should be used as a starting point for your own research, not as the sole basis for investment decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nexus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from real estate transactions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
